"Shipping felt a little steep"
My order showed up totally fine, no issues there, and I liked the tops. The shipping cost just felt a bit high for only a few items, though. Maybe I’m just used to cheaper shipping, but yeah, that stood out. Still, I’m happy with what I got and I’d probably order again if there was a sale

"Shipping was just okay"
I ordered from Suzy Shier and the clothes did eventually arrive, but for some reason the shipping felt slower than I expected. It took a few days before I even got a tracking update, so I was kind of left wondering what was going on.
Everything was in the package and it showed up in good condition, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I just wish the delivery was a bit quicker, or at least that the tracking was clearer from the start.

"Package showed up in great shape"
I ordered a few tops from suzyshier.com i was kind of rushing when I opened the package, but I still noticed right away that it looked really clean and wasn’t beat up at all.
Everything inside was folded nicely, and the bag was sealed properly. No weird smell, ripped plastic, or anything like that, which is something I always check for with online orders, even when I’m in a hurry.
Overall, I’m really happy with it. It actually felt like they took the time to pack everything carefully, so I’d definitely give it 5 stars.

"Honestly, the clothes have held up better than I expected"
I’ve picked up a few tops and pants from Suzy Shier, i wasn’t totally sure how they’d last at first. But after quite a few washes, they still look good. I haven’t noticed any weird stretching or seams coming loose so far. Maybe I just got lucky, but I’m happy with the quality for everyday stuff.

"Decent clothes, frustrating exchange"
The clothes themselves were fine and I actually liked a couple of the pieces, but the exchange process was more of a hassle than I expected. I had to figure out a lot on my own, and it ended up taking longer than it probably should have. Customer service did respond, which I appreciated, but the answers weren’t especially helpful. Overall, not a terrible experience, but I’m not sure I’d order online again

"Looked cute, but the quality isn’t great"
The clothes looked really nice at first, but the quality was kinda disappointing. After just one wash, the fabric felt cheap and the seams were already starting to come loose. I wanted to like it, but yeah, not really worth it for me.

"Stock info is so frustrating"
I keep finding things I actually want to buy, but then my size is either already gone or it says it’s available until I get to checkout and suddenly it disappears. It’s really annoying, especially because the stock information isn’t clear at all. Feels like a waste of time browsing when I don’t know what’s actually available. They really need to keep the inventory updated better.

I sent my order back weeks ago and I’m still waiting on the refund. Every time I contact support, they basically just tell me to be patient like I don’t understand how returns work. Nothing has changed, and it’s getting really frustrating. i don’t see myself ordering from them again

I looked over the return policy before I placed my order, and it was easy to understand. The important stuff was there, like how much time you have and what condition the items need to be in. It did feel a little long, like it could’ve been shorter, but overall it was clear enough and I didn’t really have any issues with it.

I paid for my order on Suzy Shier and the actual checkout was easy enough. No weird errors, no extra steps, and I got the confirmation email right away. That part was smooth. The only thing is, when I had a small question afterward, I kind of felt dismissed, like they just wanted to move on instead of actually helping. So payment-wise, no complaints, but the follow-up left me feeling a bit ignored.

"Customer service was just really slow"
I ordered online and needed to ask something about a return, and the whole support thing felt frustrating. It took days to hear back, and when they finally replied, it was just kind of a basic answer that didn’t really make me feel much better. I do like some of their clothes, but dealing with customer service left a bad impression. Just wasn’t a great experience overall

"Cute Finds at Really Good Prices"
